I don't expect any of your answers to be yes, I know mine aren't. The people of Africa are so far away and live such a radically inferior lifestyle that I've given up on them. They're fucked, period. Might aswell just fuck them further and try to unfuck some of my own people or myself.
The top 1 to 10% are also so vastly above everyone else in terms of purchasing power that they barely have any experience in common with the rest of the nation and thus have a very hard time developing some empathy for them. They also often mistake theiir parents' or their own privilege for competence and believe we deserve to get fucked for being lazy/dumb/whatever. They will either squander the built-up wealth in the country by making bad long-term decisions or get replaced by more empathetic leaders that will sacrifice enough power to keep the fabric of society healthy

The capitalists power over other people is legitimized through state power. If they lose that protection a lot of them would go to jail or get killed for all the suffering they have caused.
