Fairly easily, if you're average or above. Finnish women are (according to some) really easy. Though I couldn't say, I have too little experience of women outside of Finland.
I honestly don't know how they stack up compared to mothers from other countries. What I do know is that being a mother (or a parent in general) in Finland is pretty sweet.

I haven't been to a lot of dates and I've almost known the people (personally) beforehand, so I can't give very good tips. I guess try to relax and not stress too much. And don't go to movies for early dates, that's a terrible idea.
