Seriously during the bull run over the winter transactions would take hours and had extremely high fees, why is it’s outdated platform still worth the most? ETH seems much more superior but isn’t worth anywhere near what bitcoin is what gives reddit?
Why is bitcoin the #1?
Because the vast majority of normies think Bitcoin is the only crypto. You have to get in the mindset of normies they obly care about branding, technology means absolutely piss all to them and any smart investor would know this. This same principle is why Apple does as good as they do and their share price reflects that.
Bitcoin is the only crypto.
That's why and now stop complaining bch bag holder.
Tech wise it's one of the worst coins out there. It doesn't scale for shit and LN is a fucking joke. Only thing it has is the name.

I have to cringe at this.. but I'm tired of typing too much text out. Keep being retarded.
You don't understand so many things, newbies... you don't understand, for instance, the importance of the fact that Bitcoin was historically first which means nobody knew it had any value (hence 1 pizza for 10k btc) so the distribution was actually fair (we mined with CPUs in the beginning). ALL other coins, without exception, already knew of the Ponzi effect so they had people prepared to ninjamine from the beginning.
(either ninjamined shitcoins like LTC, DASH, OR premined shitcoins like ETH)
Probably because 1: a lot of people still use it to buy drugs and 2: its still the easiest to putrchase with fiat so you can trade alts with.
Because it's been king forever and it doesn't get hacked. People tend to think it's a good place to store money cause of this. Tech is tested, how would other coins deal with the massive amount of traffic BTC had to deal with during those days?
I never had a transaction take more than an hour and the only fees I ever paid were my first couple coinbase buys
NEO is the best though, I always convert to NEO before moving between exchanges/wallets
