This ain't cheap at all, tuition fees are between 170 and 380 euros a year here unless you're a non EU student thanks to Macron's new uni reform which made tuition fees go through the roof to 2k/3k a year for them

I think almost a third of students here in Munich are foreign. Helps that both unis are very good and „tuition“ is something like €60 per semester, which actually covers the public transport privelege included with a student status.
