You're fucking delusional if you're actually being serious. Ambrosus is a literal joke with red flags as far as the eye can see. There's OBVIOUSLY something very wrong with the inner management (the CEO) if an employee is being fired every other month, something VERY fucking dysfunctional. To deny that and use emotion to reason your losses from AMB is a bad idea. You need to get your head out your ass and look at this from an objective standpoint or else you'll keep losing money.

Imo, companies, and especially startups, don't fire often enough. In a bleeding edge industry like blockchain, it's difficult to know exactly how good of a fit someone is before you've tried them, especially when it relates to traditional things like marketing. That said, it didn't seem that clever to hire someone who marketed in fashion. Doesn't seem like good skillset carryover.

None of us know the inner reasons for this, could be bad or good. Executive turnover isn't uncommon for a start up and Croncota may have been out of his element, I don't think he had a tech background at all. They replaced him with a marketing guy who has only done supply chain which is a better fit IMO. Amb is a comfy, moonshot hold. It may fail or one day just shoot up to $20 for some reason
