So basically you buy keys, the last person to buy a key wins the pot. Each key bought resets the timer 30 seconds though. Also players holding keys get a portion of the ETH spent on new keys as dividends. So we've all been collecting divs, though there is 6 million USD in the pot right now.

I reinvested once...I probably shoulda kept reinvesting but even when I did it the first time I could barely buy as many keys as before so I just went against it. I only put in 0.1 ETH at the start so really not worth it for me to reinvest now, can't buy many keys anymore.
