game for idiots. It used to make sense because there was a $500 requirement to trade on stock exchange and $7 fees.
So forex was attractive since no starting limit and low fees.
But there's no way to win in forex. the moves are all seemingly random. In the stock market you get an easy edge by simply holding one direction.
there are very rare occasions when easy money comes in forex, when one currency is collapsing, like the euro several years ago. But I over-leveraged due to greed and still lost money lmao. When you play with low leverage that is safe enough, the returns are so boring it's not worth the time playing
