I stack silver, honestly, buy what you like! Get some 1oz silver rounds, some will probably be tax exempt in your country, and then get some junk silver too, pre 1964 half dollars and Morgan and peace dollars. It's a fun hobby and silver is really low at the moment.

Try to buy either bars or proofs/coins. Nobody likes rounds and when you try to sell them to a shop they'll give you a shitty price for them. The design on the coin doesn't matter if you're buying new stuff. If you're buying stuff like silver dimes then that matters more
