Serious discussion here. Im trying to think of ways this shit can fail.
1. Financial crisis (which is coming before the end of trump admin 99% chance), leading to destruction of crypto space, dropping of all partnerships due to comapnies scrambling to stay alive,
2. a bug is found once mainnet launches, but from reading the white paper its obvious that this is going to be a back and forth process between users and the amb team, and so its not like they wont be able to iterate over for a long time (in fact they almost certainly will be). One bug doesnt kill this, like eth, because its not going to be immediately decentralized
3. competitor takes over: seems unlikely given the massive network effect this already has, and the fact that they have all the cutting edge sensors
4. Angel dies. in this case it seems likely vlad will take over, if he can, but this is unironically the biggest threat I can see at the moment
Help me out /biz and propose serious ways this project can fail. The thing is, this is possibly the most potent company in the history of food safety.
Will this be the most obvious self-fullfing propecy in internet history? I already have a few hundred thousand AMB but im thinking about going all in and buying more. I jsut don't see how this can fail
I hold amb too but my problem is I can't tell what is real anymore with all the FUD, shilling and reverse shilling

word, i dont really think OP is even genuine lol.
Dylan Roberts
exactly everything is too fucking elaborate

What the duck is “genuine”

>Is it even possible for Ambrosus to fail? Is Angel's ego big enough to keep it going until he breaks down or dies? I think it is.
Anthony Perez
That's also not meant in a negative way. I think

1. Not enough Consumers care where their shit comes from. 2. Companies only want to add more complexity to their supply chains if its really worth it. 3. Companies are allowed to use sensors that aren't build by Ambrosus and connect them to the AMB-NET. This way they could purposefully use sensors that always report perfect conditions, even when those aren't met in reality. 4. As you said in 1) In times of crisis, companies will be even more reluctant of change and extra investments and consumers will care even less where their shit comes from.

desu all of Jow Forums has felt this way for months now. I'm holding about 5k of these and trying to get 5k more for a node but I still can't tell what's real and what's fake on here
Jaxon Scott
1. Yes they do. Where have you been? 2. AMB-net takes care of that complexity. 3. Not true. 4. Your arguments are weak as fuck, kys.
Elijah Fisher
Do you think the project is gonna go anywhere? And what are your realistic EOY predictions for price?
if these NDAs turn into real partnerships then I don't see how it couldn't be successful especially with all the leaked info anons have found
price wise I'm not really sure due to BTC acting up. If we have another bull run I could see us hitting $2 Billion MC if everything goes right since VEN was around $3.4 billion at the height of its MC. I think a MC that high would put us at about $15 a coin
Samuel Harris
Sorry for the spoonfeeding but what leaked info has been found?
Jaxson Jones
I'm a brainlet so I'm probably wrong on the exact details but I think a few months ago Angel allowed the public to look around on some kind of tool AMB is using to track everything and a few anons went deep into and found 2 companies (I think each with more than a billion in revenue) who were actively testing AMB to track their products. I think it was a Dutch dairy company and a Swiss supermarket.

BEWARE THE AMB FUDDER MENACE! DON'T FALL FOR THEIR TRICKS!
The FUDjeet rundown: >Weird and Creepy guy who stalks everything Ambrosus related in order to FUD it >patrols and trolls the Amb telegram 24/7, gets banned but keeps coming back under different names >spends his time taking screenshots, photoshopping infographics (poorly) and blacking out his timestamps to hide his Indian/South East Asian timezone >is responsible for 95% of Amb threads on Jow Forums, spamming them constantly as a FUD tactic to annoy you >mentally ill and/or paid by *insert competitor here*
