I've been tracking this for 2 days now. This is the math if you don't reinvest. For every 1000 keys you have, you will make 0.089 ETH for every 1M keys sold.
So if you buy in now and get 1k keys that will cost you 5.411 Eth (Right now). It will take 61M keys for you to make all you money back. At this point its best for this to go down to 5 min and play for the big pot.
As more keys are purchased, your earnings per key are slowly diluted as well. The long game will likely continue on for months if not years though as people buy keys to try winning the pot.
Fomo3D Short starts in 5 days though, and on their twitter they said that it connects to the Long game, so it might be worth it to buy a few keys now just in case.
This thing is gonna go on for a long time though. Key's price is gonna increase a lot until some whales are battling over the billion $ pot. Shit's gonna hit mainstream. Atm I only have gotten like 2% dividends, but I invested in yesterday at 19k. So I don't know if it's gonna be very profitable, but I guess we'll see.

I JUST bought 100 so we'll see I guess have earned about 2c back so far :/

does anyone know how profitable it would be to hold PoWH3D during all this?
Hunter Parker
PoWH3D is a safer hold imo since every 3D game(made by Team JUST) will give dividends to PoWH3D holders. Yesterday I bought at 19k 95(about 240USD) keys and now I have 3.5USD in dividends. Not much, but the pot is only 21k so quite good.

I know that the volume of the 2 Fomo3D games will feed PoWH3D, but I'm just wondering about the rate of dividends. For example, I bought 3k keys when Fomo3D was at 500 ETH in the pot, and made almost 4x when the pot grew to 20,000 ETH. What kind of profit should I be expecting from PoWH3D?

Your math is way off as I bought in two days ago and am already at positive ROI with nowhere near the amount of keys that your formula says would need to be sold having been sold. Not sure what the actual formula should be but its not this.

I am going to keep a close eye on this. Wait a few more months, and get in low in a new iteration of such a system.
