My map proposal

Thoughts on my American balkanization/ethnostate proposal? I'll ask any questions you have about it.

The 13 colonies should. be one state. The rest seem to be good

The problem is that the Thirteen Colonies aren't hegemonic in culture. There's a huge difference between Georgia and Massachusetts.

California is part and parcel of Aztlan.

I belive that, with Southern California, Aztlan would be too stretched out for central management. And power would be too consolidated in the L.A region. The hispanic parts of California will still have considerable local power.

because hardly any blacks live in northwestern Arkansas. My black ethnostate would already cause an India/Pakistan situation as blacks move in and whites move out. I was trying to minimize that, at least for whites.

Then give them the rest of Mississippi and lower that northern tip. Sorry but that looks like an eye bro.

The northern tip encompasses Memphis, which is a large black majority city. eastern Mississippi is noticeably more white than western Mississippi. I considered having New Afrika encompass Jackson, but that would require it extending white counties, plus it would create even more border gore.

How about give Arkansas to the Midwest? They didn’t want to be part of the rebellion in the first place.

That might be a good idea actually. My main concern is having the Midwest expand to far beyond its core regions. That's why I didn't give them the Dakotas or Nebraska and Kansas. But I guess Northwestern Arkansas isn't to much.

I have some other concerns with the map but I’m pretty beat. Good talk though.

Yeah, but without the interior's farmlands. Coastal California's fucked. That's why I gave the whole thing independence. All the conservatives would move to the plains, anyway.

Doesn't Nevada and Arizona control all of the water coming into Southern California? I really don't think that they're going to leave any to a bunch of communists on the coast

Aztlan and California are allied due to California's large Mexican population, that's why I gave southern Nevada to Aztlan.

While I’m trying to sleep, how about HAE take over north California? I’m pretty sure there’s a decent amount of conservatives located in that area.
