Never tried this shit, is it good? Only found this brand(Gekkeikan or something) in my town and got curious about it. How should you drink it, like, just chug the whole bottle with someone or is it one of those you drink quietly while eating like a fag? What does it taste like, in terms of other alcohol.
I was looking for jap Whisky because I like whisky over anything else and people say japanese ones are nice but couldn't find it.
Sake is too sweet for me.
Try some Shochu instead its basically whiskey.
It tastes a bit like vodka with a hint of apple.
Only Japanese thing I found was Sake just because I asked for Jap Whisky and the chick selling said that they don't have whisky but "this other thing" stored in the back.
That seems like a get really drunk without realizing combination but i'm not keen on Vodka to be honest

shochu is pretty nice. it goes down smoother than vodka or whiskey but still feels very warm.
I never thought about them being good at it but according to /ck/ and the internet japanese are very good with alcohol.

have you ever tried korean soju? Its kinda like weaker vodka (think 15%). I like it
cant speak for other asians but japs have a great drinking culture and their alcohol is pretty good. sure they cant handle quite as much but that just makes it better because it makes all you can drink bars possible. all you can drink isnt profitable if everyone can handle a lot of alcohol. there is also generally a fairly relaxed and positive relationship to drinking.

koreans cant drink well so they drink alot of weak stuff. Plus soju is cheap asf when i went there it was like 2 dollars for a bottle of 500ml
is there alot of korean population/store in germany? In canada all the korean restraunts stock soju n the government liquor store is so big that they can order for you
have yet to meet a korean in germany. our asian restaurants are a wild mix of chinese, thai and vietnamese there is a sizeable minority of japs in Düsseldorf.but no koreans as far as I can tell.
it doesnt taste like watered down vodka though. that would remove a large part of the warming effect but that is not the case.

We have very small asian population here so there's not a lot of drinks or food.

I am ukrainian true, but I think it tastes the best. It's no bullshit, 40%, very LIGHT vodka (light as in it's very easy to swallow)
My second pick would be either Zubrowka or 5 Lakes tho, and my third - Kozatska Rada
