Does your country have a city which just doesn't get the attention it deserves?
We have The Hague. Our government is seated there, plenty of international shit is there, it's our 3rd largest city too yet you don't hear that much about it.
Forgotten city
Cincinnati, Dayton, Cleveland, New Haven, Providence, Chattanooga, Sioux City, Syracuse
Sad. Wasn't Cincinnati a powerhouse back in the days?
B I R M I N G H AM
we are THE second city, manchester is an irrelevant little mill town with couple decent football teams
Actually the answer I was expecting.
based
At least you're getting rid of that brutalist monstrosity.
ins't it full of muslims?
lots of pakis yeah but it's kind of segregated unlike london, my local area is mostly white
What’s up with this mexicrement and his obsession with Muslims?
It's almost criminal how the UK manages to neglect all the other cities but London.
Germany in comparison has it's economic activity spread out much more over the country and it clearly benefits them a lot.
Yeah, I think it's ridiculous to put all of our eggs in one basket, especially as London's financial sector will take a massive hit from brexit, hopefully the new opportunities will be spread more evenly.
Mid-sized German cities are great but I think this is mostly due to their history as city states. They all have top tier metro systems when we have nothing in Birmingham except smelly buses and 1 tram line that only goes to the black country.
Montreal is kind of like this. It was traditionally our biggest city and our economic and cultural center, but back when it looked like Quebec might actually separate most of the people who mattered left Montreal for Toronto. It's still the more interesting city imo, it just isn't nearly as big or relevant as it once was.
literally who
Considering he can speak English and is autistic enough to come to Jow Forums that mexcrement probably has much more money than you
Shut it, chi
I like those skyscrapers :3
But personally, I think of Den Haag and Rotterdam together
exactly
>I like those skyscrapers :3
They're not that tall, but I think it looks ok
>But personally, I think of Den Haag and Rotterdam together
Pretty good, I think very few people are aware of how close to each other they are.
yes, but that was back when we still had to shitpost via telegram
TBQH I think we (Canada) would retain Montreal even if Quebec did separate.
good old days when men were still men and negros knew their place...
redpill me on what happens here
farms and highways running across them. It's hilariously rural for a 5km strip of nothing inbetween two large cities.
Should be paved over for apartment buildings.
