In the last decade it has been more and more accepted, newer gens are obviously more tolerant, like in many other countries; well actually most of the older generation from what i've seen are ok with it too, the main reason it's still looked down by some it's religion, and that's pretty much the only argument that is thrown in by "family traditionalists" when a discussion is raised on this topic (also "that's not what nature intended"). Anyway, statisticaly most people don't even care about it in the first place.
