There's this confusing spelling rule where you can choose to hyphenate words where two nouns are joined together, and one or both of them are foreign words ("Pizza" being Italian). So I guess either Käse-Pizza or Käsepizza is right. But even native speakers get confused by that. However, "Käse Pizza" is definitely wrong.
Also, it should be "kaufe uns eine Käsepizza."

Usted is used all the time in Latin America and using Tú to a stranger is very rude but everyone uses Tú in Spain to strangers. Spain Spanish pronounces 'c' in a word like 'th', you can look up explanation videos on youtube. Also some differences in vocab, like ordenador in spain vs computadora in latin america, teléfono móvil / celular, boligrafo/pluma, camaerero/masero etc you can find many examples of the difference in vocab online
