This we call "kesämökki". The Finns have over 0,5 million buildings like this as a "second home". Maybe every of them have a sauna, and these summer cottages are usually located to the lake shore.

Hi, how long do you Finnish people usually stay in a sauna room for?
Most Japanese hot springs/ public bathhouses have sauna facilities too and we love them, but every time I take sauna I end up having a very bad headache.
I drink a lot of water during the sessions so I don't think it's dehydration.

I usually stay about 1 hour in 80-120 degree sauna. A lot of other stay a lot longer. We take shower breaks to cool down of course.

i stay like 10min. This guy is "Sauna Timo". He likes it a bit longer.
