wtf, do you guys just eat meat or fish as it is? mixing with bread tastes so good, or dipping bread on the yellow part of a fried egg

We use tortillas here. Best thing to come from down south. But yes, alot of people do eat it alone here.

I eat bread with dinner but what do you consider to be proper bread?

We only have rye bread and rye crisp bread. If eating soup I might dip it or clean the bowl with it, but don't actively use bread as an utensil.

rice is best
fite me

>mexican tortilla
never tried
here its just common to have one fork in a hand and a piece of bread in the other when eating certain things like salad
> what do you consider to be proper bread?
bread bars, pic related

based and ricepilled

I use these too but I use Italian bread (Focaccia)

I just use the tortillas for everything meat wise. Doesn't overpower the taste of the meat and is suited for most tastes. Try some sometime, not sure if they send the Mexican ones to Spain. Also incredibly cheap and spoil slower.

We don't generally use good bread often,
but lots of people eat eggs on toast.
And the yellow part is called the yolk.

I eat two loaves of 95¢ pre-sliced white bread a week.

how come bread bars are only common in the romance-speaking part of europe/america?
that doesnt seem like normal bread at all, looks more like a wierd pizza bread
wish i knew anything about mexican food but i dont really know what you're talking about at all

We have baguettes, they just aren't as common.

Bread as a staple never caught on with Anglophone cultures because they tended to be in poor climate for wheat, so they grew oats and barley instead. In the early days of the US the settlers would eat cornbread, but that's only made on special occasions these days.

Sorry, I used a more direct translation of what is was but this is pretty much what it is.

makes sense, its interesting just how much weather affects diet
here the few people eating loaf bread are usually students who dont eat that much bread and want it to last for days instead of getting a bread bar every morning
that looks more normal than what i saw when i googled it
looks kinda sweet-ish too, i hope its not sweet

I eat my fried eggs with toast, though I eat meats and fish alone.

>or dipping bread on the yellow part of a fried egg
Are Spanish too stupid to know the word "yolk"?

>i hope its not sweet
I couldn't really say. We eat more sugar than you do on average so for me it's not sweet but it might be for you.
