Would you rather be English or Spanish?

man His Majesty Felipe is really fucking tall
I know which one I'd rather be
IBERIAN BVLL
One spread his family tree by having many wifes
One focused his family tree by unifying all its branches
I heard the support for a Spanish Republic is almost 50%, is that true?
Why?
Over here republicanism never goes above 25%.
Yes, it probably hovers at around 40-50 %. Accounting for people who don't care, support for the monarchy is likely much lower, but we don't know for sure because polls on the subject are very rare and of extremely poor quality (skewed samples).
Why is Republicanism high in Spain? Because the second Republic was established by popular will, whereas the monarchy was reestablished by a government that forced itself with the help of literally the Nazis and the Fascists after a war that threw Spain from an already underdeveloped country to third world status.
Even then, the monarchy was only implemented in 1947, 8 years after the end of the war, when the regime was undergoing North Korea-tier isolation and Franco started ditching the Falange (hardcore Fascists, who weren't monarchists) in favour of a more moderate traditionalist Catholic government.
So Republicanism became a common rallying point of the left wing, who grew powerful during the opposition to the Franco regime.
On the other hand, the Republic in the UK is, as I understand it, associated to Cromwell and his tyranny, whereas the return to the monarchy was the beginning of British democracy.
because spanish kings were always mouthbreading retarded motherfuckers, our last decent king was Ferdinand VII, the one that Machiavelli praised in the The Prince
>Fernando VII, king from 1808 to 1833
>praised by Machiavelli, a late 15th century Italian
ferdinand vi*
i wish i was british and not a mutt
>18th century ruler
No, I think you mean Ferdinand II of Aragon, who not only was contemporaneous with Machiavelli, but was actually the king mentioned by him.
Brits are the muttest of Western Europe tho
t. iberian
at least brits are consistently germanic
>American education
Do you know who the Britons were?
I'd rather be dead than be sp*nish
>Brits are the muttest of Western Europe tho
lmao moor, give up on this meme
We are NORDIC BVLLS.
t. Yorkshire (Jorvik)
He's a big guy
In many ways I'm already both.
Para Vd.
Spanish of course!
celt originate from central europe
angles and saxons originate from jutland
normans are just frenchified scandinavians
the only significant latin admixture would be from any intermingling the normans did with hypothetical non-germanic franks, and maybe a tiny bit from the roman colonists
again, t. iberian
Spanish. Fuck anglos
I love spaniards, but my secret dream is to be a brit gentleman living in the countryside, drinking tea while watching the rain falling down onto the woods from my comfy stone cottage and going hunting with my loyal hounds riding my horse in the moors
A choice between Skylla and Charybdis.
I want to lock those kids up in my basement
You surely mean Jose Bonaparte.
Ah, I see you're as ignorant as your flag indicates.
>he uses haplogroups to the exclusion of documented history
Yeah I use current statistical data instead of wild deductions based on a very flawed and incomplete knowledge of the history of the British Isles.
>103933050
would you rather be an Iberian-Gothic-Basque BVLL like me the love of all beautiful women or a sissy britcuck?
>wild deductions based on a very flawed and incomplete knowledge of the history of the British Isles
lmao holy shit
I see now that your IQ is just too high for a dumb American like me to compete with
CHI
Spanish.
undeserved trip
protip for the next time: reasoning and logic are shit ways of attaining knowledge, all hypotheses must be tested against empirical evidence.
And empirical evidence says the British are more closely related to the French and the Spanish than the Danes or Austrians.
Why? Because invasion =/= population replacement. This is why Spain doesn't look like either Götaland or Berberia.
Quite frankly, I'm a bit of an an*Loboo myself
Rather be dead.
>that flag
>that post
please stop coming here
Both rook same baka

The focused family tree is a very underdeveloped meta, but the high risk pays off with lots of gold you can use to boost your asset stats

Our gold and our blood, hence the spanish flag.
For me it's El Hechizado.
>He died in Madrid five days before his 39th birthday on 1 November 1700, the 39th death anniversary of his elder brother Philip. The physician who performed his autopsy stated his body "did not contain a single drop of blood; his heart was the size of a peppercorn; his lungs corroded; his intestines rotten and gangrenous; he had a single testicle, black as coal, and his head was full of water."
More wives, your Grace?
And they provided much better statesmen than the hedonistic fatass in OP. e.g. Maximilian I
