user, do you have a hobby? if not why not get into art? writing is probably the cheapest one, it will help you express your feelings and give you a feeling of acomplishment when you finish something. Maybe do some sport too? gym, soccer, whatever.

of course they are, but chances are you will only issolate yourself if you only play games, both socially and spiritualy. No one has innate talent, you have to work hard to become good. Choose any art form and have fun. You're going to be bad at first, but that's how it is for everyone. You cant learn how to run if you dont walk first
