+ 32 MB blocks requires a laughable amount of bandwidth to be downloaded in 10 minutes. it'll be many, many years before blocks become even half that size so it will be even more laughable by then.
+ LN "works" by downloading the whole state of the network, calculating the path, baking it into a "onion" state and sending it on its way, praying for the network to not change too much or it will fail. this doesn't scale at all.
+ LN nodes cost isn't relevant because it's broken and isn't even BTC exclusive in the first place
