I didn't want to suffer anymore and tried to force myself out of this world
I was off my medication at the time as they didn't help me anymore
While I was in the hospital, doctors prescribed them to me again and they seem to have a positive effect on me now
I no longer get depressed when taking them for some reason

because there are no sky-blue glaciers for the most part. most of these towns and villages are deeply inside the continent, like Oymyakon (the coldest settlement on Earth with permanent population)
it is pretty good, not as depressing if you're only visiting. for some reason even the nicer cities like Moscow start being unsetting if you reside here for long enough
