Almost all the votes were counted and he has a decisive victory with a stable coalition that's even MORE religious and MORE right wing than before.
The remaining votes (those from diplomats, soldiers, prisoners and anyone else who couldn't vote in their home ballot) only matter for smoll parties like new right which is below the threshold but by only 5000 votes, which is nothing, Zehut which seemed boned, and that one arab party that is just above the threshold right now but is at risk of dropping below it, since the official threshold is decided by total votes and I doubt they're getting many votes from soldiers and diplomats.

No but for real, he has been in the PM seat for a very long time which kind of means he's riding on his own momentum, the longer a person rules the more stable he is.
Other than that he's by far the best speaker in Israeli politics right now, he's pragmatic enough to change opinions according to what will win him the elections, he's promoting right wing policies and cooperating with right-er wing parties, which is the opinion of the majority of Israelis and he has some very solid alliances with certain parties for whom a centrist/left wing government would basically be another shoah
the haredi community refuses to take part in the military, refuses to work in favor of participating in religious circlejerk, shoots out a shit ton of children and expects to be paid for all of this by the government, the Haredi parties will defend those privileges and will call anyone suggesting otherwise literally hitler, and bibi knows how to appease them to get their ~15 seats on his side.

He's also shockingly good at painting himself as "mr. national security", to the point where communities around gaza that get missiles shot at them every other day under Likud administrations can't and won't stop voting for him.
He has also proven himself to be very good at stirring up panic among his potential voter base, somehow every opposition party ALWAYS aligns with the arab parties according to Bibi, (which is extremely unlikely because it would be political suicide)\ and any vote that isn't for the Likud is BASICALLY a vote for the left.

TL;DR: regardless of personal opinions of him and his policies, everyone can agree he's a very talented politician in an environment that is running out of experienced heavy hitters.

I'm far from being a fan of meretz, but they're definitely not like the arab parties.
meretz whole heartedly believes their hippy left wing bullshit, the arab parties don't, the arab parties are little more than a fifth column that cares about their 'palestinian cause' and sabotaging Israel from the inside more than the welfare of the actual Israeli arabs that elected their sorry asses.
I agree that if meretz could form a coalition in some fever dream hypothetical scenario they'd bring in the arabs as part of their utopian dream, but that doesn't mean that bringing meretz into a coalition is the same as bringing the arab parties into a coalition.
Not that bringing meretz into a coalition would be anything other than absolutely disgusting.
