Still Lithuanian clay. Visited kalinigrad few years back place like stuck in time what germans left russians didnt change much and most funny thing was when I went to Latvia russian majority areas was same stuck in time. They just dont give a damn.

Compared to major cities it's meh, but if you had to choose out of small towns with population under 500k, then Kaliningrad is probably one of the better places
