Yes and no. So American culture is being eaten up abroad ruining cultures over sea in the sense that they are becoming Americanized. But on the same note, the culture that is "americanizing" outside nations is only a small fraction of true American culture. It mainly comprises of SoCal - NYC culture which is pretentious, hollow, and mostly shit. So it is but it isn't. Most American culture remains dormant.
