Yes, we have many Angolans, Nigers and Senegalese here in São Paulo. Most of them are living in Brás or Centre. But Salvador is our black capital for sure. The culture in Salvador is almost 100% African.

By what i know they only keep Portuguese as one of the main languages, and streets and some places names, in Portuguese to keep history alive, but the odds to find a person from Macau speaking Portuguese is very low.
