I am pretty sure african devs never ever existed or it turned out that they got scammed by them.
Anyways you have to be extremely low IQ to think that they are going to exitscam or that they are not working on the exchange.
Thing kevin probably thought it was far easier and a lot of ICO investors wanted to do a quick flip as usual and now they are mad, there's a lot of work being done burocracy wise and that's great.
And a lot of the complains are about the exchange not being a copypaste of anyothers but what they fail to realize is that the soul of the project is precisely that.

Also, flipping random ICOs for smallish profits (2× etc) isn't a profitable strategy anymore unless you have insider info/can get in as an insider for pennies on the dollar.

Can confirm. I'm also one of the 300 "beta testers" and what they have build in the last 6 month is something any skilled dev could do in a day or two.
Dumping my whole stack at the very first chance.

the work on the exchange seems to be going at snail pace (although it is picking up speed now finally, 3 months late)

however the business side seem to be doing better, getting all the licenses, setting up a european regulatory framework, getting liquidity providers etc

I was pissed as fuck, just a few weeks ago, about the delays and missed deadlines. And i'm a professional when it comes to spread toxic FUD, i do it all the time at projects i'm invested in, really psychotic.
All the shoops you saw about "Scammetro" came from me.
But meanwhile... CM passed the point of no return. Even if they are incompetent, they want to bring up the exchange, no matter what, with a crowbar if needed.
And they will, for a few simple reasons.
They are exposing themself whenever they can, and the Funds are untouched.
There are two possibilities for keeping the Funds untouched and to expose yourself like that:
#1 - You need the liquidity for an Exchange
#2 - You want to make sure that your clients are able to crowdfund a Hitman

So, what the fuck do you think?
