i think it's just the emphasis we put on natural sciences and hi/tek. we're such a small country the effects will show immediately. when we look at pisa scores for example, we're consistently highest in the world and that gives us the working force in all the relevant fields. while the infrastructure costs we have are low since we smol. it's gonna pay off in the coming years. but i wish the best to you and your country. you're so lovely to us sloveenia!!
