Early to late medieval history in Europe.
Already working part time in local museum and writing a book on the subject during the weekends. I'm kinda tired.

International relations and ill probably do a second one or history or economics. Maybe both. History at least after years or unemployment i can become a teacher in a couple of years

History isn't that poor of a choice here actually, I have three family members working in the same field and have a job waiting for me once I'm done.
Based. Will probably start writing soon as well.

No you should strive to better yourself as well. Stop being a coward, suicide won't help. I don't know your situation but things can always get better if you try

Security guard (Securitas), mostly night shifts. Pay really well and it's chill.

My father did that some time when he lost his job
Don't think he was payed so well, but I was very young so I don't remember exactly
Do you not want to get uni education for the future? Or are you happy with that now?

are you a large built swede aryan BVLL?

elaborate

Did some bouncer/security gigs a while back. Relatively easy, but night shifts start to wear you down after a while.

Just make a history degree then do an office job with your degree until you find something that suits you

I might if I'm unhappy with my course after this semester

>Do you not want to get uni education for the future?
Nope, I wanna work overtime, save money and eventually retire long before I turn 50. Shouldn't be a problem if I keep this up.
With the risk & uncomfortable hours bonuses we get I'm making more money than most "higher" level jobs would.
192 cm - 120 kg so I guess so.
Night person so it's actually a perfect fit for me, it's my 6th year now.

anyone else still in uni just because they're afraid of entering the real world? i also just like learning and continually progressing in a subject

I'm in my 6th year kek, but mostly because I got offered a library master job here if I got my degree in literary history which I'm pretty much done with.
So I'll be working in pic related for many, many years to come.

Sounds comfy, but i couldnt work in a restraint space where you have to deal with the same shit and the same people every day for years

anyone in medicine? I'm studying for the MCAT, but now I'm having second thoughts. I'm reading a lot of cons of being a doctor, namely the profession being depressing and stressful with night shifts and situations where you cannot diagnose.

I hate change though so I love it. Already spend 6-7 hours a day in the library so another hour or two isn't gonna hurt. Plus, I'll be getting paid for it.

Paramedic here (helicopter crew) and it's not that bad. Not sure it can be compared to being a full time doctor though.

Life is easier if you're a "Chad", I won't bullshit you, but if you're actually thinking of suicide you must in quite a bad situation so what's wrong with trying to sort things out?

History; Modern Europe.

I don't regret it, I'm that 30 year old boomer in class. I've been working retail and call-center jobs for 10 years, so I needed some change and I've been enjoying life more since I started. I don't really see much coming out of it, but a comfy office or archive/library job would be nice.

Even if he succeeds and becomes happy, he will stay die in the end.

i'm dropping out this semester, was studying finance though. I have the personality of a rock and i'm not good in teams, so I don't think an office job would ever work out for me. been looking for jobs the last few weeks. there's a lot of manufacturing in my area so I've mostly been looking for night shifts.

It's riskier than most normal jobs I guess but nothing extreme. Most nights I patrol around with my partner and nothing happens. Sometimes I deal with drunk people, maybe a few fights in a pub etc. Nothing that bothers me.

What you hoping to do with it? Just enjoy it while you're in it then kill yourself after graduating?

Finishing my degree in biology next week and starting law school in August

what made you want to do law school?

No, my parents own a book store and I love writing so it seemed to be the right path for me.

Poland
2nd semester of workplace safety engineering
It's hard and it sucks ass. The first 2 years are strictly technical while the last 2 years are strictly law-oriented. Currently there's nothing that interests me here except for physics and chemistry which are both going to end this year, leaving me with uninteresting crap for the rest of my time here. Mathematics is so boring that I feel like puking my soul out every time I have to learn it. If I get this degree and don't kill myself first I will have a guaranteed well-paid job for life since there's a shortage of workplace safety engineers pretty much all over the country. I'm not even doing it for myself, I'd be satisfied with a shit job, but I don't want my parents to work themselves to death doing physical work and I want to fund their lives out of my pocket.
