Christcucks btfo
Christcucks btfo
Nothing is btfo.
It's obviously no miracle. But it is an inspiring sight nevertheless.
Same goes for other gods
Guess the roof was made of paper.
>@ascienthusiast
>implying the fire's temperature would be static at 600 C
>implying it couldn't get hotter
Also because heath goes upwards, and the altar was at the bottom
When the roof burned all the heath dispersed mostly upwards
I wonder what meant by this.
It's still in an enclosed space. Would be like a brick oven
love how he looks exactly like every single other atheist
>this golden cross not burning unlike the rest of Cathedral is a sign that God exist!!!!!!
Grow up
>la virgencita milagrosa
For his heresy he will someday learn the melting point of humans first hand in hell
as always the atheist is a soyboy
because the fire didn't get there, uh
No because the roof collapsed
nice argument dude
>an iconic church catches fire
>vargtards and fedorafags are the ones who end up being on full damage control
>nice argument dude
>haha look mom, I'm pretending that I'm retarded enough to be a Christcuck on the internet again!!! I'm such an epic troll!!!!!
cringe. what fag still spouts atheist rhetoric and worships darwin?
criiiingeeeeee
>God would've let niggas get burnt to death if they got stuck in the fire
>But he'd save a lump of shiny metal made into an idol
absolute fucking state of popecucks
Inspiring to what: Chimestry studies?
>gods
What? Superstitious people atribue anything to god, desu. So random.
>supersticious monkey comes to do the prayers on... Jow Forums.
LOL. How holly!
seething discord tranny
>sure this 800 years old Cathedral is now ashes, but at least the shiny metal rod is intact!!! Praise Jesus!!!
why the fuck would god save niggers
>And he has trannies on his mind
You can't make that up. Self-scourge to pay for your sins when?
Why is Darwin so idolized among atheists in the US ? Is it because of the debate between creationists and evolutionists ?
Still seems kinda juvenile
Darwin was, at the least, a deist until his death, according to my college biology textbook
because atheists are gay
Of course it is. It's basic education, and faith swindlers who lifes off gullible cultists money still deny it.
He deserves the praise he gets, exactly for being so primary.
this desu
lives*
>pointing out facts is heresy
You can't make this shit up. Look at yourself fucking braindead puppet. Even God would spit on your corpse if he existed and saw how retarded you are.
Probably.
It made for funny bits in the stopmotion series Moral Orel, with Darwin being considered a superstition.
That changes nothing. Beliving in some kind of god, has nothing to do with going against natural studies, and not supporting literal cults for glorified imaginary beings.
And amerikike evangelicals will use this to push their protestant bullshit, even though it's a Catholic cathedral.
>Oh my Darwin
>Same goes for other gods
There is only one god
And he is my Emperor
>That changes nothing
Except for BTFOing the narrative that religious people are forbidden from believing in science. See also:
>Georges Lemaitre, priest and physicist who developed the Big Bang Theory
>Gregor Mendel, the monk who discovered modern genetics
>Max Planck
>Isaac Newton
>Roger Bacon
>Rene Descartes
>Nicolas Copernicus
>Luca Pacioli, inventor of double-entry accounting
>Werner Heisenberg
>Louis Pasteur
And
>the university system was established and financed by the big bad medieval Catholic Church
Gtfo with your Reddit memes. Christians have done more for science than atheists ever have.
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAAHAHAHA (((Christians))) BTFO
Galileo
Based Odinist
and his prophet is Muhammad
Jesus Christ. King of kings.
Dear lord, you didn't understood anything I said.
And conclued with the obvious:
>the university system was established and financed by the big bad medieval Catholic Church
Yes, of course. It's a mere order of power. They reap and saw. There is nothing to indicate that people preaching ad living off of church's founds are actually believer themselves.
Of course you would talk about reddit, like Jow Forums was some super "xtreme" underground place. Haha... One can't be bothered, really.
>muh Galileo
Got a slap on the wrist for teaching as infallible something he had not yet proven
hup.harvard.edu
Fun fact : even the candles didn't melt because the roof was quite a long way up
>Yes, of course. It's a mere order of power. They reap and saw. There is nothing to indicate that people preaching ad living off of church's founds are actually believer themselves.
Except when they're attending Mass and receiving the Sacraments, in addition to studying.
>Harvard
Gelileio's studies were actually hugely incovenient for the Church's orders. If you can't admit that... You are simply dishonest.
A faithful christian who defied the church backed geocentrism, an idea never mentioned in the bible.
It's a ceremony.
Pope's didn't lived BY the Church's orders. They were the orders themselves.
>insert borgias here
It was proven ages ago
Yeah! Science bitch!
The temperature was above 1000°C
>"First, it was not the religious leaders who originally opposed Galileo. It was actually the secular philosophers who were committed to a philosophical view called Aristotelianism. This is a school of thought going all the way back to Aristotle. Aristotle believed the heavens were made of immutable, perfect spheres. Galileo’s observations challenged this belief.
>Galileo was a Bible-believing Christian, who believed that he was studying the works of God’s hand. He said, “The laws of nature are written by the hand of God in the language of mathematics.” This doesn’t fit the narrative that Christianity is against science.
>Let me be clear, I’m not defending what the Roman Catholic Church did to silence Galileo. What they did was wrong. But they weren’t silencing Galileo merely because they were anti-science. In fact, the Church (along with the secular academy) thought they were defending science by silencing Galileo.

The Monad
how high was the temperature that melted the steel beams in the trade center?
I would say based but then I remembered that it may be a syrian or a t*Rk instead of actual German. Sad...
a steel fire burns at around 400°C
Galileo what?
What happened to Galileo? Ah yes he was put in a house arrest? I am sure because of his scientific thoughts, of course! What do you mean that it was actually because he insulted the Pope and I'm a retard for believing in that fedoric hearsay?
Wait if this is true how did the ancients make gold objects?
charcoal
>Oh my Darwin
>26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
who the hell is them?
When does wood turn to charcoal? Wouldn't wood keep burning once it did? I'm a brainless please explain.
They were of no consequence to the church orders. Before the Galileo, the most popular heliocentric model of the universe was widely circulated already and was even dedicated to the Pope. The church wasn't at all opposed to the notion that the earth might not be the center of the universe, and evidence of this is that they didn't move a finger against heliocentrism in general, only against Galileo, and mostly because he basically insulted the pope and all the other natural philosophers. He didn't have decisive evidence for his model either. That came later with mathematical proofs, which were readily accepted.
The three Persons of the Trinity
that didn't exist as a concept when this was written
When it's super dry. You weren't supposed to burn all of the wood directly. You'd heat it over a very long time, without the fire spreading to the wood you were slowly carbonizing. Like a very slow, dry roast.
God did not reveal everything about Himself all at once.
>that didn't exist as a concept
You're not a shining star in a field of theology, now are you?
Haha nice picture. Can I save it?
that's bullshit but i'll believe it
Because there are large portions of the American population who do not believe in evolution, so Darwin still has that edge factor which every other society got over once the Victorian period ended.
>it could get twice as hot
How is it a correction? The person asked a question.
because with americans it always seems like a slippery slope.
>of course science and religion are compatible!
>here have this "compatible" version of evolution we call it "intelligent design"
>what do you mean that its creationism repackaged and throws out the basic mechanism of natural selection. We all have to make compromises user!
you just have too many fundamentalist envagelical retards being an embarassment for all of christianity. even catholics accept evolution.
1. First hebrews were polytheists.
2. Translations are bound to bungle somewhere, not everything has a precise meaning. Our usual picture of hell is based on a dumbed down translation that conflated "tomb", "sheol" (jewish afterlife, apparently neutral, doesn't descriminate morally or religiously as far as can be told) and "tartarus" (greek afterlife/underworld, pretty lame for everyone).
>even catholics accept evolution
I know
>t. Catholic
c*tholics are not christian though
The trinity was a controversial development after Jesus Christ, the ancient hebrews never discussed anything like a trinity as far as I know. Maybe if you consider the Kaballah, then maybe you could say they already had this notion of God having all these individual aspects which are not each other but are all God. But the Kaballah was always a niche thing.
>even catholics accept evolution.
They're not real catholics, they just call themselves that.
For example, I bet cannot even recite the apostles' creed by heart.
OK nerd
(((them)))
So Mendel was not a real Catholic monk? Or did he discover genetic transmission without believing in it?
Why not? Surely it would have helped the early Christians, giving them a polytheist feel and saving them some persecution?
catholicism and orthodoxy are closer than protestantism in terms of beliefs
Whatever, the Catholic church was only invented to oppress people anyway. They can believe what they want.
>who the hell is them?
Man, I would assume from the context.
The "us" and "our" clearly seems to be the royal "we".
>the Catholic church was only invented to oppress people anyway
Highly dubious claim, more appropriate to say that civilization was invented to opress people.
After all, before the Catholic Church people were "oppressed" pretty much the exact same way.
>For example, I bet (You) # cannot even recite the apostles' creed by heart.
I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth.
And in Jesus Christ, His only Son our Lord,
Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
Born of the Virgin Mary,
Suffered until Pontius Pilate
Was crucified, died, and was buried.
He descended into Hell; on the third day he rose again from the dead.
He ascended into Heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead, and His Kingdom will have no end.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
The holy Catholic Church,
The Communion of Saints,
The forgiveness of sins,
The Resurrection of the body,
And life everlasting. Amen.
Also,
>went to daily Mass today
>pray the rosary every day
>volunteer with the parish youth group
I did not even mention protestants, why would you bring them up?
>oh my Darwin
cringe
