In the Netherlands the grudge against Germany for WW2 has become mainstream.
Being called a German is the same as being called a traitor or a Nazi. And people often mock Germans.
But at the same time we consider Germany our big brother. Economically and politically.
We think German politics are retarded, yet we always ally with them politically.
We consider us the same people, unless you ask someone.

"Does x hate x?" threads are mostly pointless because we are all individuals with an individual opinion. You could maybe ask about diplomatic or cultural relations between countries. That's a question one can actually answer accurately.
The dutch are a very close ally. We share parts of our culture and languages. Germany and the Netherlands are two of the six countries which originally formed the EU and are least likely to leave it. I believe our countries will remain close allys for at least another 100 years
