Let me put it to you plainly.
It doesn't matter where you are from. It doesn't matter what your skin color is, or whether your sister is your mother and your mother is also your daughter (Couldn't help). What matters is if you have an analytical mind, are willing to study trends, and can put forth the effort to turn 100 dollars into 1000. If so, then you have a chance. You have to have the drive to invest, the gumption to take a risk, and the desire to go out there and actually make something happen.
If you don't have much but you still want to invest, download the app called stash cash. You can put some money into ETFs every week and watch them grow with time.
You should also become more frugal. Save every dime you can and put them away to be used in order to invest and grow your wealth.
Most importantly, study study study.

Family. If anything happened to them, I'd move somewhere else. However, I don't live like how you probably think I do. I trade from a van I've turned into a tiny home and travel all over the country. It's pretty comfy. I make a few trades and chill at whatever beach I'm at that day.

Maybe if you changed your attitude, you wouldn't be a burden on yourself. Here's a guide:
1. Stop blaming all of your problems on everybody else.
2. Learn how to trade. Stop fucking around with penny stocks. (Learn options for optimal return).
3. Gtfo of a goddamn money pit which is an apartment/mortgage/etc.
4. Live on the road. FORCE yourself to live minimally. You'll naturally become more conservative with money, therefore making better trades. You won't yolo everytime.
5. If you don't have the capital, raise the money until you can do this.
