Cara, não sei se o 꼭 funciona quando a frase é negativa assim. Acho que ele é mais no sentido de "certamente deve ser feito". Nesse caso a pergunta é mais "você tem certeza que essa é a sua decisão?" Mas eu posso estar errado.
O final da frase precisa de um verbo também, tipo 갖고 싶지 않아요? Lembra de sempre nominalizar com -지 quando for usar 않다.

Bom, como eu falei, eu posso estar errado nisso, mas a minha impressão é que o 꼭 é mais no sentido de "be certain to do" enquanto o 확신 é mais "be certain of". Faz sentido os dois aparecerem como tradução pra certain, mas acho que tem essa leve diferença. Dá uma olhada nos exemplos aqui

We can`t force koreans to join here (sometimes one or two pop, but today none talked properly to us) so we practice with what we can. Hell, it`s a miracle to practice at all. Do you know how hard is it to learn such a different language here?
