I already did. Spain (Latin America), Rome, Portugal (Brazil), Arabs (Iberia), and even France to some extent with Africa since many countries in Africa speak French. None of these people were a majority in the lands they invaded yet Latin Americans speak Spanish and Portuguese, Iberians converted to Islam and adopted many Arabic customs (language was also influenced) and Romans are considered the forefathers of Western culture and civilization despite never replacing the natives nor being a majority in those lands.
