This. He's pretending that he'll get tortured and sent to prison for life. His charge is based on aiding in espionage committed by Manning not publishing the information. Manning didn't even get a heavy sentence and was pardoned(though now in jail for being a retard). Assange literally spent more time blowing up the toilet in an embassy than he would probably ever have served.
