You are using your credit cards incorrectly. They are really an amazing tool for you to fuck over retailers with. Many retailers are paying a swipe fee of 3% - some credit cards will give you back a portion of that.
I pay ZERO interest on my credit cards because I don't treat them as a loan. Never, ever carry a month over month balance on your cards. I'm on pace for $70,000+ in cashback this year and I have not paid one cent in interest.
