it doesn't need to be that much better, all it needs is potential. I don't like Christian countries, I don't like countries with bad educational systems, and so what is left over? Basically Sweden, Norway, Finland, Scotland. And Sweden wins out because I like the language and the nature (Scotland is fine too I suppose but basically no forest and the lower classes are drunks)

It really depends on where you live. It might not look like it but Sweden is pretty darn long. If the northernmost part was located where New York is, the southernmost part would be somewhere around Orlando, FL.

It's not easy. Few people care enough or are brave enough to say what they want. I stopped being politically active after the election because it showed that no matter how hard we tried the same politicians got power all over again and we didn't change a thing. If people voted for their own replacement and economic collapse let them have it. It doesn't matter anymore.

I've actually thought up a potential solution for the "liberal-cities" phenomenon. If a right-wing government gets into power soon, its primary priority would be to create the "neighbor-counties", at its core a congregation of rural counties designed to maintain conservative hegemony, while "supporting" the main liberal cities like Gothenburg, Malmo, and Stockholm. These rural counties would be given the same political power as the main cities, despite having 10x less people.

to accomplish this, political power would need to be transferred to the hands of families instead of individuals. Only families who have a history of 4 generations in Sweden will have political power, and only families with 3 or more children will have the full vote.

If you're living by yourself, then you will only have political power in influencing your own city, but not the country as a whole. This way liberals are not demoralized.

Programs would be enacted to build cultural sway in these "neighbor-counties" while the "main-cities" would be merely centers for international politics and universities

Of course, this would probably only happen in a time of crisis like in the way the Nazis rose to power.
