im making $10/hr this summer, up to $15 for any time over 40 hrs. Will probably try to get 50+ hrs a week to save up for grad school next year. I will be living with parents and have no car or other big expenses though so not too bad

>get ~640 dollary doos for 23 hours a week after tax

here it's 20CAD$/hour so it's meh if I want to buy anything big like a house I'm gonna have to be smart with my money. Now in western Europe I don't know if it's good or not.

Tfw make 24 a hour

Why don't you just move to the US if you want high wages? Even McDonald's workers make like $15 an hour here

What are you doing? Im making that but its still decent for a minimum wage job with no experience.

>my canadian company pays me 62k a year, but after currency conversion, taxes, and insurance premium, i only receive $35,500
should just sponsor my work visa and transfer me to toronto desu but i guess the cost of living there is terrible anyway

im going to slave myself sorting piss stained laundry for 10€/h before taxes all summer.

Mine is about 10 eur/h, before taxes, so goodbye to about 34% of that, and it's still considered way-above-shit-tier wage here.

>Why don't you just move to the US
But I don't know how to. Please tell me more: what do I need to move there?

Will be working as a customer service rep for the summer and I will be paid just a bit under $11 US. Is good?

that is just over minimum wage in my low population state in the midwest. It would be enough to live off of but would need to live cheaply

If you live with your parents you can make substantial amounts of money even with minimum wage. Last summer I made nearly 7k working in customer service.

I make 3.4 euros per hour after tax.

wtf do you do

You need someone to pay your visa and green card (an employer, duh). If you applied and got the job (idk how that would work though), you'll need to take a citizenship test and I think attend an interview as well. If you passed those you should probably look for a cheap apartment close to your workplace, buy a new phone (americans have weird cell phone bands) and spend the remainder of your time until your job starts on exploring the area and talking to your neighbors or something

You don't have to be a citizen if you have a workers visa

Retail. 450,000 people in Greece get paid min wage (500-600 euros per month). Fuck this country honestly.

Any 20 year olds stuck in life and don't know what to do?

That's what I make before tax as a uni graduate

Yep. Just got denied from the military and can't afford university. Maybe I can try to get into a European one

Denied for what reason? I think I'm going to join the german army

Asthma

How do you survive? Is it enough for daily expenses in greece?

It's okay friend. I'm gonna start swimming in the summer to get better lungs

its almost impossible if you don't have a green card
it's actually pretty hard to legally immigrate to America

That's true. A few months ago a Swede on here said he was going to come for "vacation" and never leave. I wonder if it worked out for him

I will make about $7k/month at my summer internship, the apartments are like $1.5k/mo in that area though, maybe $900 if I split a 3 bedroom. Salary should be $80-110k when I graduate depending on the area and if I get a job kek

Tech?

I'm 22 and haven't worked a single day in my life.

yeah, doing grad school in optics

thats most likely a neet who will never leave his government founded basement
nobody with a brain moves to a 3rd world country from sweden unless its some banking harpy or codemonkey
