He is talking about Marxist-Lenininism, or Realsozialismus as it existed in Europe in the second half of the 20th century and China/Cuba of course. But like in Conservatism where you have stuff like Christian Democracy or Neoconservatism or Paleoconservatism, in Socialism you also have very different schools of thought like Orthodox Marxism or Democratic Socialism.
