Find a new job or put all your money in Bitcoin.
Is sauce with my cumdumpster too much to ask please user, I'll agree with whatever it is you are saying for sauce
would do what i want and if he fires me so be it.
do you need that job so bad that you let it run your life?
Sounds exactly where I work. CEO admitted he does it on purpose and that fear is a great motivator. There's only so much you can do, just leave if it gets unbearable.
This post is very important to the Jow Forums community
holy FUCK mommy
already some some bitcoin savings bought in summer 2017
could quit it, but then I would probably accumulate less bitcoin, the reason I am keeping it is to accumulate more crypto lol
> how would you deal with this?
I would come up with an HR scheme to sue the company, take a settlement of a couple hundred thousand dollars, and then leave.
> go get diagnosed with ptsd by some hack
> get it put on file that I have ptsd and require calm environment
> go to meeting and wait for psycho prick to show up
> fake a total emotional meltdown when he yells at me
> leave and call my lawyer
easy money
mind you I would only do this if the owner was treating people like that
that to does not fit her at all
i'd be embarassed if that was my gf
>what neets imagine the real world is like
Stick with your animes and internet meme tokens son.
Holy fuck source right fucking NOW
rajesh pls go
this type of thing happens in the corporate and contracting world all the time
my company recently let some idiot go with a settlement because he claimed discrimination due to old age
basically you don't know shit, and should probably sit down
this kind of happened once. New intern, girl, starts crying because he was critizing her coding skills. complaining she didn't train before starting to work there.
He can afford very expensive lawyers, I could only afford to use a legal defence insurance, I don't think they would help sue in this case. Also, plan would look suspicious, more likely to backfire
>be boomer
>show up to my business
>yell at the lazy zoomers
>leave and go eat a luxurious lunch followed by a massage
>shake my head on my way home
>wifey asks how work went
>it was good, im the only one who does anything around there though, these millenial zoomers are just ridiculously entitled. they're always trying to scheme ways to not do their job, here, let me show you this post on Jow Forums
I would speak to the other employees, find out if he's necessary to the success of the company, covertly reach out to clients, and collectively leave and start a new business where the profit he takes from your labor is shared between the employees.
If the company was larger I would suggest unionizing, but you can cut out the middleman entirely here.
What Do Bosses Do is a good book, read it.
>I read about it on the internet so it must be true
saucee coralsharon
it's an algorithmic trading company that started like 4 years ago, we make money from trading but still less than expenses (salaries, data that we buy, office rent, etc). He has the money and knows the people with money that is needed to trade, we can't 'spin off'.
you need to be 18 to post here
maybe when you become an adult and get a real job, you will see the type of legal bullshit that goes on behind the scenes
>we make money but less than expenses
>make money
>less than expenses
>make money
You're lucky he doesn't make you suck him off. Count your blessings.
seriously look at where the cups are on her breasts. Your nipples are supposed to be in the middle but her's are almost out.

>realize the anime forum poster is saying the truth

There is tons of corporate and work related lawsuits

Pretty sure it's been expanded into a book
Grow a pair. If he ever says something unfair, tell her in front of everybody with the most educated and respectful way possible. Make everybody agree with you but him. You will either end up being criticised, in which case you would just tell that you prefer to leave the company, probably with other colleagues, or in a better position than before. If there is something that rich douches respect, is someone who doesn't accept their bullshit. They are all little children seeking an authority image.
>just because they dont use capitalization or punctuation means they are wrong
plenty of shit goes down like he described. the company takes a realistic look at whether it is more expensive to settle or go to court and makes a decision that way
theres more outcomes that are likely than just being criticised or in a better position. he could also face backlash from the supervisor, if not outright firing or demoting him, then placing high scrutiny on his performance such that firing him looks fine on paper even if it was motivated by ego
not just the supervisor either. not as likely imo but he could face backlash from coworkers who are trying to get ahead or prefer not to rock the boat. its like trying to interrupt someone verbally or physically abusing their partner. the couple blames and directs their anger on the person interrupting, even if one of them is being victimized
thanks... but too big of an article.
I won't get everyone on my side. There are people getting paid more than me that I have a family and would not risk their job...
he needs to feel useful by doing this
just let him. don't be a shaky little bitch and your research or code can't be criticized.
>you should have done X
>I did X because X reason
>ok user good work
dang she got the pepperoni nips
"she' also has a huge dick if you look closely
> looking closely at dick
never gonna make it
Id put most of my net worth in link then I'd wait. Then I'd creat a anonymous corporation backed by a spoof LLC and have a lawyer approach with a fantastic offer to buy the building you're operating in. then I tell him to fuck off and I'd just collect rent from some other business and move on to my next real estate venture.
Hostile work environment
Sue for harassment
broken english minority faggot! fuck off back to india niggger!
Stop thotposting REEEE
I'm trying to do noFap over here.
You're only a few degrees away from trap posting.
>fear is a great motivator.
It will only make you work just hard enough not to lose your job.
I think we must be coworkers.
broken business model with no strategy in sight
>you can just leave you wasting your time
Next time he comes at you put him in his place by busting a nut on his face.
over agree with everything he says ironically
how is that mommy you degenerate nigger she's like 19 that's more like daughter
...which I might add is way hotter
yeah i experienced it i usually just smile until i feel it gets personal then i get personal and put him to his place. usually pointing out that i'm actually better at my job than he is is enough. if not i will state that what he is trying to force on us is definitely a bad idea. he tends to ignore these protests unless they are strongly worded so i throw in a lot of cuss words not directly aimed at him but enough to raise the tension.
and i guess you wonder how i don't just get fired.
two main reasons first is i'm actually good enough that my abrasive personality is tolerated but second when i push and get my point through by sheer force of obnoxiousness he gets to order me to do what i would do anyhow make it look like he is the boss after all that part is the hardest hard to not chuckle. but somehow the system has to work and appearances has to be maintained. part of the game. i usually nod slowly and mumble something about it can be done say a time 3 times what i would estimate he then strikes and says half of that and i'm really reluctant but agree it might be possible to do it if all the stars align.
it gets old i'm not saying it doesn't but there is also some entertainment value.
Coral Sharon.
Now help me get into trading, because I'm retarded.
