Kind of like 4 months of kind of shit. Towards the latter half I was kind of enjoying it despite hating it at first. I might not remember it in detail because it's been a while, but a lot of random bullshit like suddenly having to run out of the blue into an around 2 mile obstacle course we had run a week before to look for a cap because they thought we were being too lax with the discipline. Also we had 3 field exercises where we spent a week in the wild with little sleep, which were definitively the hardest parts. Apparently the professionals who continued had it worse, so can't complain about it too much.

of course that would be apart of it. I did a quick financial model in my head for it. its actually comparable tax rates. I'd have to talk with a fin tax accountant to know the best course of action but its probably not any worse then employing people from CA or Portland where living expenses are so high that 200K a year isn't enough.
