What's the most painful experience you've ever had?

The most intense pain are leg cramps I rarely get in the middle of the night. One night I got one cramp in one leg, then went back to bed, and got another one in the other leg.
But the worst was a gallbladder attack. The pain lasted almost all day and was almost unbearable for hours.

When I broke the teeth of my lower jaw after hitting my face.

sometimes when I move my leg dumb (mostly when I'm lying in bed) my calf muscle constricts hard as fuck and stays like this for maybe 10-20 seconds
when that happened the first time it hurt like shit and I kinda panicked but it happens every few weeks or so now and I don't think much of it

I remember my first swimming cramp. Felt like my calf had been stabbed

I was riding my bike downhill very fast and I hit a curb and toppled over my handlebars. Tore my knee open and I'm pretty sure I have rocks still in there to this day.
