You had to use a gas price of about 4k+ gwei (about 1-2 ETH for one transaction) and send it right at the beginning, to actually make some money. Everyone who came right after the whale barely got their investment back (I think about a 4-5x of the pot size is needed to break even)
Meanwhile, the 1200 eth dudes got back a total of about 4k eth. If that really was team JUST, they royally fucked almost all of the players.

team JUST is the only ones with the funds. you can check my posts in the other threads (might be archived): team JUST fucked with the website to kill the competition. almost nobody was directly using the contract. they fucked with the timers and banned whole countries (as soon as i deposited the site stopped working, only once the round was over did it miraculously work again zzz).
pic related is what the site turned into about a minute after i deposited. i also tried accessing the site from a remote desktop on another internet connection...page was exactly the same.
