I'd probably say around 80% certain - if you read the ETF rejection, you'll see those same reasons still apply for the two pending ETF's - so it's likely they will be rejected too. It's also likely we crash since the charts are perfectly lined up for 8400 to be the lower top.

I don't see any reason why the SEC would approve the ETF applications other than "CBoE shorting application was approved, so they might approve their ETF application too" which is weak compared to "every ETF application was rejected and the rejection reasons weren't rebutted, so they will continue to be rejected until so".

Eitherway, it's better to wait in the sidelines - I will be buying back-in if ETF's are approved, and if not then I'll be back in 2019 to secure my position for the halving in 2020.
