Not quite sure about, I'm doing some casual browsing between the two and Mexico and Chile seem to be roughly equal in terms of demographics. The Chile wiki article says the mean ancestry is around 50% Euro and the rest of the autosomal DNA is Native and to a lesser extent African

The problem with using GED match is that the results and percentages change with every tool (filter) you use. Last I heard Eurogenes k13 was the most popular for European ancestry, but this could be different now.
