Americans who marry euros continuously praise the socialized health care systems. There are challenges with both user financed/insurance based and tax based, but the humanistic verdict is clear. The most help to the most people MUST trump the best help for the richest people. Otherwise it's a lie to even call it a healthcare system. You're just wasted potential is all. We don't hate you, we hate your ancestors choices to leave their moral foundation behind in favor of cheap politics. If simple health care such as an outpatient surgical procedure can enable an empoverished cripple to work, I don't see any explanation possible to wait for somebody to take them on as a charity case. It's your duty as a society to take care of your people. Health Care is no different from roads and schools, it's necessary and tax is an effective way to finance them (in the rest of the world)
