You can open your laptop HDD from another computer and recover your info, pretty easy, then you can wipe it and it would probably work, from what I can see.
Also, if you try to install Windows over, the installer allows you to keep your previous files while changing the OS information.

Most probably, but it's safer to take the information out first.

You have to open your laptop and take the HDD, you may fuck up here so if you know somebody with experience maybe it's better to contact them, or also just try to reinstall the OS if you think you will fuck up this.
Then you need to connect the HDD to newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16812400542 or amazon.com/Sabrent-External-Lay-Flat-Docking-EC-DFLT/dp/B00LS5NFQ2/ref=sr_1_13?keywords=usb to sata adapter&qid=1556137187&s=gateway&sprefix=usb to sata,aps,240&sr=8-13
Once you do it just connect the USB cable to any PC and you can see all the info, you can easily get whatever you want now.
Then you have to reinstall the OS, you need another Windows PC for this, to create the installation media.
There are a lot of tutorials online like softzone.es/instalar-windows-10-manual-e-instalacion-paso-paso/?utm_source=related_posts&utm_medium=manual which shows how to use a tool that Microsoft offers to install Windows 10.
Plug the USB, go to bios, select to boot from the USB (your only options should be USB or HDD) and then you will enter in the Windows 10 install menu.
And it's done, this menu allows you to keep your non-system files so you shouldn't lose anything.

These are just examples of devices that you can use, these ones are cheap you might get something similar in a local store if you prefer.

When I tried pressing f8 or even enter back then, the screen fucked it up and got no reaction from the pc, like it didn't recognize the keyboard or it was fucked up, then I reseted it and all I got was the black screen again, no logo, no blue screen, nothing more than a black screen all over again
I know, I installed and re installed windows several times, that's not an issue, it's connecting the hdd the issue, and I don't have the thingies it requires

The driver can't be damaged because the laptop booted Windows, so it can read from the HDD, but the files read are corrupted.

Yup, that's what I've been saying all this time, I fixed it so many times in 8 years that I just know it, but I refuse to throw all my games, mods, meems, etc to the bin, I'll have to wait till I get the money to buy what I need to recover my data
