I was talking about what IBM would be using Stellar for, which is cross-border liquidity.
And they're only using Stellar for this in a very small and temporary experiment on some islands.
This was announced mid-October of 2017.

There are tons of cryptos working on smart contracts and even oracles in some capacity, but Chainlink is the ONLY dedicated decentralized network of oracles, which allow external data to reach the blockchain, after which smart contracts can be applied. And they have many years of exposure already at the very top of the finance industry (Capgemini, SWIFT, WEF, ...).
