I am 27 year year old Anglophile that just got a $200,000 USD inheritance from my rich uncle (God rest his soul).
I want to buy an "estate" in the English sense, meaning I want a lot of land and a lot of farmer tenants, centered around my big house. I want the whole place to revolve around me. I want the local church, store, everything to be owned by me.
Obviously I don't have enough money to make that happen in England or Europe (or do I, in places like Poortugal?)
What can I buy for $200,000 USD that will meet the above requirements plus be profitable? I would prefer Latin America but I am open to other places. I am a little scared of Africa because of the violence.
I looked at prices in in the South of France years ago and it was expensive then. Also, aren't there a bunch of Muslims there?
Kevin Morales
200K is not much these days, you'd be lucky to get a single bathroom in London with that money
Blake Scott
Not in the countryside / villages. And he said sw, not south.
Wyatt Edwards
Obviously but I don't like the city anyway. Been there and done that.
Jeremiah Sanchez
eastern europe mabye

You can buy castles or them fancy estate homes but they are money sinks, they're sometimes sold cheaper if you invest money into fixing and maintaining them but it's expensive.
Anyway just become a drug lord in Mexico, seems like the most straightforward way of doing it.
Xavier Nelson
>You can buy castles or them fancy estate homes but they are money sinks Oh yes, they are. Heirs usually bulldoze them for that reason.
>Anyway just become a drug lord in Mexico, I don't have the stomach for violence and don't want to live in fear of my family been kidnapped and skinned alive.
Ryder Richardson
Somewhere in the poorer parts of Africa I guess, can't let the fear control when on a tight budget
Justin Gomez
Maybe in Venezuela, with a lot of luck.
Land and a big house wouldn't be too hard in a shit enough country, maybe even the farmer tenants (with some luck), but the rest? Lmao, I hope you have 10 more rich uncles at least
Lucas Clark
>Venezuela they've had enough of Aristocrats, that's more of the land for an american with a castro-fetish who want's slightly better internet than what's available on cuba.
Dylan Adams
That's not enough for an apartment in a city wtf are you smoking dude ? You can probably get a mansion in India near a designated street where prices are low.
Michael Thomas
For the 3rd time, I want something in the country.
Evan Jenkins
Good luck becoming the king of shit mountain with your very own brown servants, OP.
Eli Carter
In that case the only thing I can think of is to become a charismatic cult leader and have your members give you all their money to make it happen. You can certainly buy a good piece of land and live on it, but big enough for an entire community and economy? Unlikely, even in third world countries.
Sebastian Russell
200k is nothing. This is a very small house in the middle of nowhere
Ian Phillips
Better than being a wageslave to the king of whatever mountain in the US
Juan White
>I don't have the stomach for violence and don't want to live in fear of my family been kidnapped and skinned alive. Cuck Real aristocrats are warriors.
Caleb Powell
moldova, ukraine or south brazil
Isaiah Baker
200k is good money to have but with the goals you have you are quite literally competing with the Qatar and UAE royalty, Russian oligarch, actual British royalty and elite and rich af old money European fucks.
Joseph Bell
If you want to buy land in europe for agriculture and you only have 200k, your best bet would be placing it on a lucky number at roulette, or investing it in good stocks for a decade.
Alexander Brooks
is 200,000 enough to have threesome every weekend with hot teenage ukrainian women?
Kevin Parker
>R$ 798220 is nothing Brazilian education.
Landon Long
South Brazilian here, with less than 1 million you'll get only small farms. What OP wants will cost more than 5 millions dollars, and then he'll need a source of income to keep it running
Luke Nguyen
It is. It's more or less the cost of a small farm in the interior of SC(a estate in south brazil)
Angel Anderson
It's nothing when you want to own a thriving town, stupid.
Liam Gonzalez
>I want to buy an "estate" in the English sense, meaning I want a lot of land and a lot of farmer tenants, centered around my big house That's at least 2,000,000$ in any place where the land is worth being cultivated
Nicholas Jones
You talking real or usd? Why would he need an income, should farms be making money already?
Oliver Edwards
It -is- nothing for what you want, it would only seem like such an enormous amount of money to someone who has never had some sort of qualified job.
Brayden Myers
UK land is very expensive lad.
200,000 is how much a house in the middle of nowhere costs. Houses in London ghettos cost upwards of 400,000
Daniel Hill
Go to Zimbabwe or Botswana
Luke Gomez
Farming is not a good field to get into (pun intended) because it isn't as lucrative as you'd think, a lot of farmers can barely break even. And he not only wants to own farms but stores, churches and other shit like that.
Benjamin Parker
200,000 can't even buy you decent land in Chad or Togo
Nicholas Campbell
USD. The farm will not make enough to sustain itself. You'll need much more money if you want to create a fucking town.
Julian White
In Ukraine? Absolutely. In a rich country? No chance, the bot ones know their value.
Jason Cox
This is delusional. After a cursory look on the internet you can't even get a farm in South Africa with this amount unless you have very low standards.
Leo Lee
He can feed half of your country's population with that money. You must be related to your President or something
Luis Ramirez
What european country is poorer and cheaper than ukraine?
Nathaniel Watson
Belize The McAfee way. Make sure you hire guards... aka your knights
Christian Morales
Even in belize, with that amount you'll just have a small lot, not an "estate". If I was OP I would just buy a small flat in the middle of nowhere and live the NEET life until I die.
Lucas Collins
200k you cant buy 3 bedroom apartment in Porto
Christian Murphy
I dont think McAfee spent all that much in Belize. He barely had a few mil left by the time he went over anyway. The stories about him going over to the police department and seeing their equipment then ordering them a crate of assault rifles are jokes. A real life Lord of his village
Aiden Hughes
nigga just buy an estate in colombia and you could literally become a modern day hacendado
Lucas Jackson
OP here. I would have chosen Canada but the chinks have driven the prices too high.
Matthew Lee
A doctor makes 200,000 in 1 year in the US. If you think that's much then re-evaluate your life.
Silicon valley code monkeys and good engineers also make that much.
Ryder Hall
200K you buy a shack in Donetsk or a hut in Papua New Guinea
Noah Cruz
You should probably sit on the money or invest it. $200,000 is not going to match your highly unrealistic ambitions. I don’t know your relationship with your uncle, but don’t shit on his faith in you by trying to larp as old money. You’d have no clout, no established connections or support and worst off, you’d be too poor to cover the sort of protection that’d keep you afloat.
Juan Robinson
This guy knows.
Jayden Ward
Invest it so you can actually make this dream a reality in the future
Parker Collins
> but the chinks have driven the prices too high. This is what the real estate magnates want you to think
Ayden Jackson
>$200,000 USD

>>$200,000 USD What can that buy in the Land of Croats?
Dylan Scott
Can $200,000 USD get you a cute bf?
Ryder Hall
If the guy in question is cute he can one for free. But otherwise yes.
Justin Powell
Yes, you can get 4000 gfs for that much in some countries
t. knower
Henry Butler
>bf Oops, bfs are probably even cheaper
James Brooks
What kind of women can you buy in KSA?
Alexander Perez
You can't here but you can in places like Morocco, south Asia and eastern Europe
Hudson Myers
Put that 200k into crypto
Adrian Rivera
Op you are going to need millions to do that.
I suggest investing that 200K now and in 10 years after working a decent job you might be able to buy a nice plot of land in GB.
If you want servants move to the Philippines. With 200K you can buy a small villa and have y6our own workers.

also being an actual Lord is hard work because it is essentially management, the aristocrats that did sit on their ass and did nothing but masturbating and buying art all day end up broke and destitute
after the industrial revolution the landed gentry wanted all the luxuries but did not have the skills to exchange for it so they loaned against their assets eventually they lost their land holdings, as far as I know thats how the english noble houses lost their land holdings
Christian Taylor
Here's the game plan
1. buy real estate for 200k 2. wait until next year when you will have to pay taxes on the inheritance 3. realize you don't have any funds to pay the taxes 4. get in debt to the government 5. sell your real estate far below market value to get liquid assets quickly 6. pay off the debt 7. be left with maybe 50k 8. realize this isn't even enough for a one bedroom apartment in any decent city 9. apply at mcdonalds
David Morales
What are these...slaves, wives, concubines?
Zachary Cruz
>thinking the US taxes inheritances under $11,000,000

Levi Perez
In Mexico you buy plenty of farming land. I have a aunt that live in Yucatan.
Michael Ortiz
$200,000 is nothing mate. our house is more than that and i'm a poortherner in a shithole semi
Adam Thomas
That's nothing. Better save up, just investin land or start a business
Julian Sullivan
A doctor spends 10 years in college and each years fee is 80k. Now, calculate the debt and the number of years. Silicon valley ... only a small minority of companies give this much to entry level. My friend get 150k at google after working for 12 years at other companies.
