Nothing will be beyond potential user. All large corporations will have cost savings mechanisms in place that utilize api data feeds and blockchain integration made possible by ChainLink. IBM has long been a behind the scenes player and it would only make sense that they are somehow connected to the emerging Link protocol.

Accord is going to use Chainlink as their oracle of choice. Accord is also working with IBM and a shitton of other people and one of the articles describes a decentralized oracle they will be using which fits Link. They then made this announcement.
It isn't solid but it is pretty clear.
