>new website in coming days >GUI wallets in testing >smart contracts in testing >they're setting up a Foundation >Once the Foundation is set up, dev reveal and new exchanges >since source code was holding back new exchange listings but they released the source code before the Foundation, there's a possibility that new exchanges can come earlier now
>b-b-but Dero is a scam! t-they won't deliver on their promises...right guys? RIGHT GUYS?? >I-I can't believe how MEAN they were to the Monero devs! The Monero devs are infallible! The wrote their code with the highest efficiency possible, and if you disagree with them, YOU'RE A SCAM! >719 quintillion coin premine >DERONEEEEEEEEEEECT
Literally all you FUDDING faggots could parrot for months is "where's the source code?"
And now, it's here.
Has even ONE PERSON on Jow Forums even TRIED to look at the source code yet, or are you all brainlets and can't read basic coding?
this. it will not pump until this comes. i am waiting patiently..
Landon Bell
Smart contracts are already in private testing.
Jordan Rodriguez
nobody gives a fuck
sage
Anthony Gutierrez
>And now, it's here. and its shit lmao now we know why the struggle over releasing the code, it's because its a fucking embarrassment that the "devs" obviously paid a bunch of street shitting indians to produce, which they did a marginal cleanup job on and then put it out
haha whoa a difficulty adjustment this is truly ground breaking
John Price
legitimate criticism is not "fud", you delusional moonbaby cultist
the code is shit and half copy-pasted from other existing projects which is fine if it is ATTRIBUTED, but it is not
classic case of clueless dotheads crapping out a piece of shit for somebody else to claim as their original work
Parker Cooper
Warning to all biztards stay away from this unless you want to loose everything
Angel Wright
How is it shit and what projects is it copy-pasting from?
Luis Ramirez
my rate is $150/hr for consultation do you want my eth address or btc address?
Jace Wood
haha
Dominic Taylor
Absurd how many comments are written in that code. It's not complicated enough to warrant anywhere near half of that. I don't even know what this coin/token is, just came to say that the obscene amount of comments in that code is fucking disgusting.
Hudson Wood
Yeah that same difficulty adjustment that prevented NiceHashers to make any Dero before the ASIC invasion.
Hunter Cooper
fucking hell thats well commented. is the whole codebase like that?
Oliver Peterson
how can it be copy-pasted when this is the first implementation of cryptonote in golang?
Chase Mitchell
>there are too many comments!!!1! what's absurd is how much you fags are able to complain about this project
> blen := len(buf) //its hardcoded at 32 bytes, so why do len but lets do it
kek. Captain dumbing down the code so retards can understand it
Kayden Lee
Hey faggot, how is your reading comprehension? >I don't even know what this coin/token is, just came to say that the obscene amount of comments in that code is fucking disgusting. Since you seem like a brainlet let me help you. Devs write code for other devs. The unnecessary comments are for dumbfucks like (You). Now, try to use all 70 of your iq for this one. Why would devs purposefully break convention by over commenting?
Jacob Ross
Maybe because Captain is a Teacher ? And is write is code the way even no one never read a code in this life could read it ?
Justin Harris
>he doesn't know what golang is derived from
holy fuck you retards are going to lose all your money
David Allen
My point was that everyone here seems to be over-analyzing the hell out of it while its marketcap is in the range of actual scams based on some unmaintained fork of Bitcoin core circa 2015.
Nathaniel Cooper
is this bait? wtf. what your saying doesnt even make sense. its not copy-paste if its rewritten.
>hello i am user >salut, je suis user
i didnt just copy-paste that statement. i rewrote it in french.
Jonathan Gonzalez
>its marketcap is in the range of actual scams Hm, what a weird coincidence.
Is it all open source or are they keeping some parts proprietary because of "security"?
Aaron Taylor
If you can't see how this is better than most garbage at this range you're clueless. There's a load of projects higher up with absolutely nothing going for them and not a single line of code for you geniuses to criticize. Scams pump the best anyways, do you hate money?
Logan James
Lol because people aren’t mining your scamcoin doesn’t mean it’s not vulnerable newfag nigger
Julian Ross
They don't have any patent, but the code is copyrighted for now, you can't fork it for your personal project unless it's for study.
Andrew Baker
Scam.
Isaac Foster
>Scams pump the best anyways, do you hate money? So you admit this is a scam? kek
But seriously, this project is a shitcoin. If by some miracle Dero makes any meaningful progress as a cryptonote protocol coin it will just be absorbed upstream by much more competent developers in Monero.
There's no way Monero's devs will ever even consider adding smart contracts. They're much like Bitcoin maximalists. If they did end up borrowing some other ideas you do realize how good that would make this scamcoin look, right? That's about as good as an argument as that Bitcoin will add privacy and make Monero useless anyways.
As far as I'm concerned it's a good scam with a decent likelihood of pumping. Every coin is a shitcoin.
Jose Jenkins
t. DERO dev trying to sell you premine bags
Isaac Russell
They already started a project (sorry forget the name), but it's a second layer solution but even with bulletproofs the block time confirmation will takes minutes, it's too long for a smart contract.
Grayson Baker
Tari's for digital assets only.
Grayson Jones
>offchain
into the garbage it goes
Matthew Lewis
What's Monero ? A fork of Bytecoin with some adjustments. What's Bytecoin ? A direct implmentation of CryptoNote Protocol. What's Dero ? A direct implmentation of CryptoNote Protocol in another language.
Look like you didn't do any Object Orienting Programming paradigm in your live, Are you sure being a Dev ?
Yep Monero is going right from what is born : garbage, you are right on this point.
Samuel Morgan
>do opposite of what Jow Forums tells you >everyone on Jow Forums FUDDING it and calling it a scam
Even with the code, there's no way to clean up all the mess from the last months. And don't forget that fot the last 4 months this thing remained closed source, so we'll never know what the binaries released were doing for all this time, and that's unforgivable in crypto.
Carson Nelson
lmfao literally a clone of ethereum scam
Aaron Long
>waiting for a thread to not get any replies for over 10 minutes then saging it
